We design and build diverter for the exhaust of the turbogas systems, for all the functional requirements of sealing, temperature, pressure and flow.
Our pivot diverter is suitable for low and medium power systems. They are driven primarily by an electric actuator which acts directly on the blade rotation shaft and has a high degree of sealing (up to 100% with pressurization air). The blade consists of a skeleton welded shaft-arms, with two blades insulated on both sides, equipped with a double turn of flexible seals.
The diverter with toggle arm system are instead ideal for medium-high power systems. Due to the size and weight of the blade, the electric or hydraulic actuator acts on a main shaft provided with levers and tie rods. This system, with a perfect seal with pressurization air, allows the development of high torques especially in the chimney and boiler side closing positions.
